I founded Precious Debris with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Below are the terms and conditions set forth.

This purpose of this website is to provide customers with my jewelry for purchase online. Any information collected herein will be used soley for the purpose of those purchases. (see privacy policy for more information).

Prices and descriptions will be posted clearly alongside each product, in addition to comprehensive photos. I reserve the right to change photos, descriptions and prices at any point in time, for any reason.

By viewing or utilizing this website, you agree to and adhere to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the disclaimer and the return policy.

I reserve the right to edit this website, it's terms, or any information within at any point in time. Any changes made to these terms will be posted to this section of the website. (Last edited on April 12, 2021)

By using this website, you agree to follow through with payment in a timely manner, or forfeit the right to the product claimed. This provision applies to ready-to-ship items as well as custom items.

Shipping dates and times are estimates only, not guaranteed, as I rely on external companies to transport your purchases. Precious Debris (Paige DeCenzo) will not assume the responsibility of cost or replacement in the event that goods are lost, stolen, or damaged in transport. If you live in an area that is notorious for porch pirating or mail theft/loss, it is your responsibility as a consumer to inform me so that we can proceed with shipping in a more protective manner.

I reserve the right to use any pieces that I have created to promote my business. This includes ready-to-ship items as well as custom made/designed items. Platforms may include, but are not limited to, any and all social media accounts, both private and related to Precious Debris, as well as print or televised media, and word of mouth.

Any designs created by me, Paige DeCenzo, belong to me. I reserve the right to replicate and/or re-sell any design. Using my designs for monetary gains is unethical and could result in legal actions taken against you or your company. Working with me to create a custom design, and then taking that design to another metalsmith or tradesperson is unethical and could result in legal actions taken against you, your company, or the metalsmith or tradesperson involved
